This documentation is designed to introduce you  to the main functions of the electronic form software package used here on campus. Although specific information on individual forms will not be discussed, knowledge of the forms application will make filling out, storing, and retrieving your forms easier and more efficient.

NOTE: Although illustrations were done using Informed Filler for both Windows95 and MacOS 8, the interface is very similar to Win3.1 and MacOS 7.x.

For those who would like more indepth documentation, download the Filler Manual. This is an Adobe Acrobat file and must be viewed with Adobe's Acrobat Reader.
