Spelling:
 To
spell check your form, select Spelling from the Edit menu. You have the
choice to either check the current record or your collection of records.
In addition to spell checking, the Edit menu also contains other basic
OS functions such as cut, copy, and paste.
Revisions:
As mentioned in the File
-- Open section, most form Templates are set up to check the form distribution
servers once a month. In most cases this frequency is adequate enough to
insure that you have the latest version of the form Template. However,
if a major revision is made you will receive an email to that effect. By
following the directions below you will be able to automatically update
your form Template.

Select Preferences from the Edit menu.

In the left-hand box click on Revisions

Click on the button Check For Revision Now
The program will then check the form distribution
servers and compare your form Template to the one located on the server.
If the version of the form on the server is more current than the one on
your hard drive, Informed Filler will display a prompt box alerting you
to fact that a newer version of the form is available, giving you the option
to Update or Cancel.
