Show Record List:
 Moving
through your record collection one form at a time can be tedious. An alternative
navigation tool is the Record List. The Record List will display your record
collection in a tabular format, each row being a record. To quickly move
to a particular record, select Show Record List from the Window menu and
double-click on the row that displays the record information in which you
are interested.
As you can see in the illustration above,
there are 27 records in the PrchReq.ifm form. Therefore, there are 27 rows
in the Record List, double-clicking on a particular row will automatically
bring up that form for viewing.
